Absolutely. In addition to group tours, we specialise in tailor made touring arrangements. Just let us know what you have in mind and we will arrange a personal quotation bespoke to your individual requirements.
Can you arrange pre and post tour accommodation and will airport transfers be included?
We are happy to arrange extra nights accommodation for you at the beginning and/or end of your tour. Contact us and let us know what you require or specify your requirements on your booking form.
There will be an additional fee for the transfers should you not arrive or depart according to our itinerary.
I am single — do you have many single travellers and do I need to pay a single supplement?
We usually have a number of single travelers undertaking our tours. Generally, if you are happy to share a room with another single traveller, then you do not need to pay the single supplement if we have another single traveller of the same sex. On some of our trips there are single supplements when imposed by the venue. We will advise you at the time of your booking.
Are your tours suitable for families?
The activities, pace and style of most of our standard group tours are not suitable for families. If you have children, we do offer family tours to a limited number of destinations, or better yet, we can tailor make a private tour for you. Please contact us for further details
Typically, what is the age of people travelling with you?
Most passengers tend to between 35 and 65 on our trips, but we do take passengers outside of these age brackets. All we ask is that you have an adventurous spirit.
What time should I arrive on day 1 and depart on the final day?
Day 1 is usually an arrival day, this means there are no activities planned and you can arrive at any time, but please be aware that this is not always the case. On some of our tours, there is an arrival meeting in the evening on day 1. Please see the relevant Trip itinerary, for further details.
Most of our tours finish after breakfast on the final day and you are free to depart at any time, but this can vary. To find out what time you are free to depart on the final day, please refer to the relevant Trip itinerary.
Are the cost of international flights included in the trip price?
Our prices are for the on land tour/expedition/adventure component only as we have people from all over the world joining our trips. We have preferred flight suppliers if you require a recommendation.
